A masterbatch is bought to solve one problem inside a running line: opacity, a colour target, moisture defects, UV life, slip, impact or cost. This shelf is organised by that problem, not by our internal filing, so you can go from symptom to a quotable specification in a couple of clicks.

White Masterbatch
You need opacity and whiteness in the finished part.
Thin-film grade with zero fillers. Engineered for blown film extrusion, lamination, multi-layer packaging and food-contact sacks.
High-opacity industrial grade with consistent dispersion. Engineered for PP injection molding, blow molding, automotive components, and rigid packaging applications.
Colour Masterbatch
You need to hit a specific shade, repeatably, batch after batch.
Heavy-metal-free, high thermal stability pigments mapped precisely to Pantone standards. Yellow, Red, Blue, Green, Grass Green.
Standard shadeHigh-concentration yellow color masterbatch matched to Pantone 102C. Formulated on virgin carrier without fillers for clean dispersion, color consistency and stable thermal performance in film, injection and blow molding.

Custom matchDesiccant Masterbatch
Moisture in the resin is producing bubbles, voids or silver streaks.
Advanced moisture-scavenging masterbatch engineered to eliminate bubbles, porosity, and silver streaks in recycled plastic extrusion and high-mineral compounding.
High-efficiency calcium oxide (CaO) based masterbatch that chemically eliminates moisture, porosity and silver streaks in recycled PP, PE and high-mineral filler compounding. White pellets, dosage 1.0–3.0%.
Additive & Functional Masterbatch
The polymer is right but a property is missing — UV, slip, impact, anti-static, flame retardance.
HALS technology prevents photochemical degradation, yellowing, chalking and loss of tensile strength under intense UV.
Lowers COF without interfering with corona treatment or surface printing on high-speed film extrusion lines.
Eliminates brittle failure in PP under mechanical stress and reinforces critical weld lines.
Upgrades impact strength and sub-zero toughness down to −30°C while fully preserving visual clarity in PET/PETG.
Permanently dissipates static charges to prevent dust accumulation and shocks regardless of atmospheric humidity.
Halogenated and Halogen-Free (HFFR) configurations meeting UL-94 V-0, V-1 and V-2 structural safety ratings.
Stops thermo-oxidative degradation during processing. Prevents yellowing, black spots and polymer cracking. Includes optical brighteners.
Application-Specific Additive Masterbatch
The performance problem belongs to one application — automotive interior trim or greenhouse film.
Advanced siloxane system that permanently prevents scratches and scuffs on automotive interior trim without odor or fogging.
Anti-Fog agents to reduce crop-burning condensation; Anti-IR barrier masterbatches to help retain night-time heat in greenhouses.
Filler & Reinforcement Masterbatch
You are managing resin cost or part stiffness.
Increases flexural modulus, dimensional stability and HDT. For under-the-hood parts, dashboard modules, appliance housings.
Surface-treated ultra-fine CaCO3 for PP woven sacks, jumbo bags (FIBC), industrial crates, transit pallets and construction profiles.
Fine ground calcium carbonate (GCC) filler for polyolefin film, sheet and rigid PVC where cost-per-kilogram of the finished compound is the primary commercial driver. Coated vs uncoated status, particle-size distribution and brightness values are confirmed against the batch TDS/COA at RFQ. Food-contact documentation for the finished converter application is confirmed per shipment on request.
Bio-Based & Biodegradable Masterbatch
An end customer or regulator is asking for a bio-based or biodegradable article.
Specialized green formulation designed to be added at a 1%–2% let-down ratio to standard PE and PP extrusion lines, completely transforming conventional flexible packaging and blown films into certified biodegradable materials.
Custom Pantone color concentrates engineered strictly utilizing compostable bio-resin carriers (such as PLA and bio-starches), specifically designed for low thermal degradation in eco-friendly packaging runs.

Which resin is running on the line?
The carrier has to be compatible with your host polymer. A PE-carrier masterbatch in a PP line is a trade-off, not a default.
