Custom Masterbatch Color Matching — Lab-Scale Pantone Development — technical overview
Custom-Lab is a colour-matching and formulation service — not a stock product. Allzone's technical team reproduces a submitted target (Pantone reference, physical sample or approved colour standard) as a masterbatch or compound suitable for the customer's own resin, process and end-use. Typical requests include Pantone-matched vivid colours for packaging and consumer goods, in-house standards for brand consistency across converters, and specialty tints requested by manufacturers whose regular supplier cannot match a specific shade at a required let-down ratio. The service covers the loop from sample submission and dispersion trial through to a signed-off production match. Because outputs are formulated per project, the deliverable — carrier resin, pigment system, let-down ratio, packaging and lead time — is confirmed at the technical brief stage, not on this page.
