Documents Guide

  • Batch or lot number and date of manufacture
  • Tested parameters such as purity, moisture, or particle size
  • Test methods and reference specifications used
  • Supplier signature or release approval where applicable

Certificate of Origin

Identifies the country of origin of the goods and may be required for import documentation.

  • Country where the product was manufactured or substantially transformed
  • May be required for customs clearance and tariff classification
  • Format and issuing authority vary by destination country
  • Usually provided by the supplier or a chamber of commerce

Compliance Declaration

Some products may have compliance declarations depending on grade, application, market, and supplier confirmation.

  • May cover RoHS, REACH, food-contact, or other market-specific requirements
  • Validity depends on the specific grade and production batch
  • Should be reviewed against the buyer's application and destination regulations
  • Always confirm scope directly with the supplier before purchase

Important Buyer Note

Document availability, format, and validity depend on supplier confirmation, product grade, application, and buyer requirements. Buyers should always confirm final suitability before purchase. The presence of a document name does not guarantee that a specific certificate or declaration applies to every batch, grade, or market.
