About this product

Anti-Block and Slip Additive Masterbatch — product overview

A-FAKK0121 is a high-efficiency anti-block and slip masterbatch tuned for high-speed blown-film lines. The design goal is to lower coefficient of friction (COF) enough to reliably open bags on filling equipment without interfering with corona treatment, surface printing or downstream lamination. The active anti-block and slip chemistries are selected to avoid excessive migration that would hurt ink adhesion or seal integrity. Loading rate depends on film gauge, corona level and end-use converting speed; validation on the buyer's own line is recommended. FDA/REACH references apply subject to formal per-shipment confirmation.

Document & COA status
  • TDS: Verified product TDS available below.
  • SDS: Safety data is subject to grade and supplier confirmation. One SDS does not necessarily apply to every grade or supplier.
  • COA: Certificate of Analysis is provided against the confirmed shipment, grade and batch. No stock, lead-time or regulatory claim is implied without written confirmation.
