WPC-UltraBond 90 is a high-activity coupling agent designed specifically for wood-plastic composite (WPC) extrusion — decking, cladding and structural profiles. It combines a Maleic Anhydride-grafted PE/PP backbone with amide-wax processing lubricants, targeting two failure modes at once: poor bonding between the hydrophilic cellulose/wood-flour filler and the hydrophobic polyolefin matrix, and low-temperature environmental cracking on decking exposed to Canadian freeze-thaw cycles. The commercial value proposition is fewer processing rejects and better long-term outdoor durability on the finished board. Loading level is formulation-specific and depends on the wood species, moisture, filler content and target profile geometry; validation on the buyer's line is recommended.

§ 4First Aid Measures

Skin contact: Wash with soap and water. Get medical advice if irritation persists.
Eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice if discomfort persists.
Hot melt burns: For pellet-form products processed at melt temperature: cool affected area with cold water. Do NOT peel solidified polymer from skin — seek medical attention.

Special hazards: Combustion may produce CO, CO2 and dense black smoke. Polymer melt drips during fire.
