Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) Resin — product overview

Expandable polystyrene (EPS) resin, supplied in standard packaging grades and flame-retardant (F-grade) construction grades. Bead size distribution determines the target application: finer beads for packaging and moulded blocks, coarser beads for insulation panels and structural fill. Because EPS performance depends heavily on pre-expansion, ageing and moulding conditions, the technical fit is confirmed against the buyer's specific line and end-use. Manufacturer TDS and grade-specific SDS are provided on request; COA is issued against the confirmed shipment and bead-size cut.

Hot melt burns
For pellet-form products processed at melt temperature: cool affected area with cold water. Do NOT peel solidified polymer from skin — seek medical attention.
