Declared IgG depends on both the collection window after calving and the assay method used. Require the method and the collection protocol, since a high headline percentage measured differently is not comparable.

Pasteurisation is required for safety but reduces immunoglobulin activity if run harder than necessary. Confirm the thermal process used and the post-process IgG figure.
